1. Legal Status of the Board

Board of Higher Secondary Education Delhi (BHSE DELHI) is an autonomous educational body operated under a registered trust. The Board does not claim to be a government body or a statutory authority.

2. Admission Responsibility

All information, documents, and certificates submitted by a student at the time of admission must be true, complete, and authentic. Any discrepancy found at any stage may lead to cancellation of admission without prior notice.

3. Authenticity of Records

The responsibility for the correctness of personal details, academic records, and supporting documents lies solely with the student/applicant.

4. Use of Board Name and Documents

The name, logo, marksheets, certificates, or any document issued by BHSE DELHI shall not be used for any illegal, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

5. Recognition Disclaimer

Acceptance or recognition of BHSE DELHI qualifications for government employment, departmental examinations, higher education, or any other purpose depends entirely on the rules of the concerned authority or institution. BHSE DELHI shall not be held responsible for acceptance or rejection.

6. Examination and Evaluation

All matters related to examinations, assessment, evaluation, rechecking, results, and certifications shall be governed by the rules and procedures prescribed by BHSE DELHI. The decision of the Board shall be final.

7. Certificates and Verification Services

Services such as correction of records, issue of duplicate certificates, and verification requests shall be provided strictly as per BHSE DELHI norms, procedures, timelines, and applicable fees.

8. Discipline and Conduct

Students and affiliated Study Centres are required to maintain discipline and adhere to the code of conduct issued by the Board. Violation may invite disciplinary or administrative action.

9. Amendment of Rules

BHSE DELHI reserves the right to amend, modify, add, or delete any rule, regulation, policy, or procedure at any time without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Any misuse of BHSE DELHI documents or misrepresentation by a student, institution, or individual shall be the sole responsibility of the concerned person. BHSED and its Trust shall not be liable for such acts.

11. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or related to BHSE DELHI shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the area where the Trust is registered.
